Plastic Grits

Types of plastic grits

  • PLASTIC GRANULES
  • PLASTIC CUBES/CYLINDERS

PLASTIC GRANULES

For its low level of hardness plastic grits are used in cleaning of delicate metals, thermosetting materials, steel and alumilium molds for plastic and rubber industry. Another use of the plastic grits is the paint removal from delicate, galvanized and anodized surfaces, deburring and cleaning of the electronic components, paint removal from vehicles and boats. Plastic granules are extremely delicate, not dusty, not toxic, chemically inert, have long durability and respect military MIL-P-85891 specs for aeronautic applications. The granules can be treated with antistatic solutions which will keep low the level of dust and electrostatic effects leaving this way the treated surface clean. PLASTIC CUBES/CYLINDERS/MICROBEADS

This cubic, cylindric and sferical plastic grits are used to deburr thermosetting plastic materials, to deburr and remove chippings on the casts and to duburr rubber materials. Since it is soft kind of grit it is used in areas where the deburring process is done without altering the surface characteristics. For any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.
